The SNF discharge rate decreased from 34.96 in Q3 2016 to 17.89 in Q3 2019. Huntsville Hospital’s SNF discharge rate was lesser than Alabama’s at 21.37% for Q3 2019. The national SNF discharge rate at 20.24 was higher than Huntsville Hospital for the same quarter.
